These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "You") and ph62a ("ph62a," "the Platform," "the Operator," "We," "Us"), governing your access to and use of all services available through the ph62a website at https://ph62a.club, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, bingo, arcade games, promotional activities, account services, and payment processing.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager or bet through ph62a, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ph62a platform.

These Terms apply in conjunction with any product-specific rules, bonus terms, game rules, or promotional conditions that ph62a publishes on the platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a product-specific rule, the more specific rule shall prevail for matters within its scope.

ph62a reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 15 of this document. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the ph62a platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum age to participate in online gaming at ph62a is 21, as mandated by PAGCOR's licensing conditions for online gaming operators in the Philippines.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
3. You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
4. You have not previously been excluded from the ph62a platform, either voluntarily through a self-exclusion request or by mandatory action of ph62a or PAGCOR.
5. You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any such individual employed by ph62a or any of its affiliated companies or software suppliers.
6. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Philippines.

ph62a reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Age verification is conducted as part of the mandatory KYC process described in Section 3.

To access any real-money game or financial transaction on ph62a, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate personal information, including:

• Full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID;
• Date of birth;
• Registered Philippine mobile number;
• Valid email address;
• Permanent residential address in the Philippines.

Each individual may register only one account on the ph62a platform. Creating multiple accounts by any means — including but not limited to using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. Before any withdrawal can be processed, and in accordance with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, ph62a requires all registered accounts to complete identity verification. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or Philippine passport);
• Proof of address (where required by PAGCOR compliance procedures);
• Source of funds documentation for high-value transactions where required by applicable AML regulations.

ph62a processes KYC submissions within approximately 30 minutes during regular business hours, though complex cases may take up to 5 business days. Deposits and gameplay are generally permitted during the KYC review period; withdrawals are held until KYC is approved.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph62a account credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your account credentials with any other person.

ph62a will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, SMS, or phone call. Any request for your password from a person claiming to represent ph62a should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

ph62a recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication on your account. Two-factor authentication requires a valid OTP in addition to your password when signing in from an unrecognized device, providing a significant additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.

ph62a accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact ph62a support immediately via live chat to request an emergency account freeze.

ph62a supports the following Philippine deposit and withdrawal channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your account dashboard.

Deposits. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ph62a account within 60 seconds of transaction confirmation on the payment provider's system. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PESONet are typically credited same-day. ph62a reserves the right to reject any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from an account registered in the Player's own name.

Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed only to accounts held in the Player's own name and registered to the same identity as the ph62a KYC file. ph62a will process withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the Cashier section. GCash withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours during normal operating hours. ph62a reserves the right to require additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal exceeding applicable thresholds under PAGCOR's AML requirements.

Anti-Money Laundering. ph62a has legal obligations under Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR's AML/CTF (Counter-Terrorism Financing) compliance requirements. ph62a monitors all transactions for unusual patterns and is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) without notifying the account holder where legally required to do so.

ph62a offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time it is presented to the Player.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all ph62a bonuses:

1. Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is specified in the individual offer terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period results in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings accrued solely from bonus funds.
2. One Bonus Per Promotion. Players are entitled to claim each promotional offer once unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times is considered abuse and will result in bonus cancellation.
3. Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. Unless specified otherwise, the maximum permissible bet per round or game while a bonus is active is ₱500. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus wagering may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
4. Game Restrictions. Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Contribution percentages for each game category are specified in the relevant bonus terms.
5. No Abuse. ph62a reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where the Platform determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the Player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through arbitrage, low-risk betting patterns designed solely to complete wagering requirements, or collusion.

ph62a reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any ongoing promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses not yet awarded at the time of promotional closure will not be paid.

Each game available on the ph62a platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

Random Number Generators (RNG). All software-based games on the ph62a platform — including online slots, virtual table games, and electronic bingo — use certified Random Number Generator systems. RNG certification is conducted by independent testing laboratories accredited under recognized international standards. RNG certificates are available from ph62a support upon written request.

Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games broadcast on the ph62a platform — including live Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and related titles — are operated from professional casino studios using physical cards, physical roulette wheels, and dice as applicable. Game outcomes are determined by physical means and are visible to all players via the live video stream throughout each game round. No RNG software is involved in determining live dealer game outcomes.

Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcome determination, the affected game round may be void and all bets on the affected round returned to Player balances. ph62a is not liable for losses arising from system or communication failures beyond its reasonable control. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction are not payable.

Return to Player (RTP). Published RTP figures for slot games represent the theoretical long-term average payout percentage. Individual session results may differ significantly from the published RTP in either direction. RTP figures are independently verified and do not guarantee any specific return for any individual Player in any session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph62a platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any time;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or other automated means to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in chip dumping, money laundering, or any transaction designed to circumvent AML obligations;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion;
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior toward ph62a staff or other players via any communication channel.

ph62a is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations under PAGCOR's licensing conditions seriously. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. ph62a does not encourage players to view gambling as a source of income.

Player-Controlled Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered ph62a players via the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit.
• Bet Limits: Set maximum bet amounts per game round.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive automated notifications when you have been active for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from all gaming activity on the ph62a platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

Players who have enrolled in self-exclusion must not attempt to register new accounts or circumvent the exclusion. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms. ph62a will take reasonable steps to prevent excluded players from accessing the platform but cannot guarantee complete prevention of access via circumvention methods outside ph62a's control.

ph62a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where ph62a has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms have been breached by the Player;
• The account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity;
• The Player is, or may be, ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms;
• A court order, PAGCOR directive, or other regulatory requirement demands account action;
• Continuation of the account poses an AML, compliance, or reputational risk to ph62a.

In the event of account closure for breach of these Terms, ph62a may withhold or forfeit any balance in the account to the extent permitted by applicable law and PAGCOR regulations. Where closure is not due to Player misconduct, ph62a will return any verified legitimate balance to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable period.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting ph62a support via live chat. Voluntary account closure does not affect any pending bonus wagering requirements; uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds at the time of closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph62a's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from or related to use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 12-month period preceding the claim, less any amounts already withdrawn.

ph62a shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from interrupted access to the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, DDoS attack, force majeure events, or telecommunications failure.

Nothing in these Terms limits ph62a's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Gambling involves risk. Losses are a normal and foreseeable outcome of using the ph62a platform. ph62a is not liable for any losses you incur through gambling on the platform, including losses resulting from the use of a particular strategy, reliance on statistical trend displays, or any information provided on the platform that does not constitute a guarantee of outcome.

All content on the ph62a platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, data, and the overall presentation and structure of the platform — is owned by or licensed to ph62a and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including Philippine copyright law and applicable international intellectual property treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph62a platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any ph62a platform content without the prior written consent of ph62a.

The ph62a name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of ph62a. No use of ph62a's trademarks is permitted without prior written authorization.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by ph62a is governed by ph62a's Privacy Policy, which is available at ph62a.club/privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

ph62a collects and processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations, as well as PAGCOR's applicable data handling requirements for licensed online gaming operators.

ph62a will share Player data with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council, and other competent Philippine government authorities as required by law or by regulatory directive, without notice to the Player where legally mandated.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Complaints Procedure. If you have a complaint regarding the ph62a platform, you should first contact ph62a support via live chat and provide full details of your complaint. ph62a aims to respond to all complaints within 5 business days. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through ph62a's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official player complaint channels.

Jurisdiction. You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under applicable Philippine law.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

ph62a reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered address and/or by a notification displayed within the platform upon next login, no fewer than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where:

• The change is required by law, PAGCOR directive, or court order, in which case the change may take effect immediately;
• The change is a correction of a typographical error or clarification that does not alter the substantive rights or obligations of Players.

If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact ph62a support to close your account. Continued use of the ph62a platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The current version of these Terms is always available at ph62a.club/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date in the page header indicates when the most recent revision was made.
